State Agency Assistance

My office is here to provide an array of services and assistance with state agencies.

The office can assist residents of the 2nd District with navigating state agencies to get benefits that include Medicaid and Medicare, LINK, SNAP, EBT, professional licenses, Social Security, and unemployment benefits.

​Our office holds and partners with other organizations to host events for all residents of the 2nd district, from citizenship workshops, holiday events, back-to-school events, participations in parades, special days offering services like Shred Day, food drives, and more.

Constituent Museum Card

Click to request the Card 

Residents of the 2nd District can request to use the card to access Chicago's museums, zoos, gardens, and aquariums. The pass can be used by the holder plus three guests and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The pass is non-transferrable.
